Thermal design for cooling of a power transistor

Finding the optimal length and arrangement of the heat pipes for cooling rate in transient and steady state mode compared to the MAX junction temperature. Effective conductivity of the heat pipes was modeled and replaced for the same mass existing in the model . The temperature gradient was analyzed as a function of the length of the channel for finding the optimal spot.
